On an Earth dominated by wolves, two Celestial beings ruled the skies. There was the Lord, strong, brave, he stands proudly by the sun, providing warmth, nutrition and light to those unlike he. Then there was the beautiful, gentle Lady, who reigns over the night, guarding the dreams of her beloved subjects. However, as years turned to centuries, greed became to seep into the Lord. He no longer desired to rule over just the Sun, now he wanted the Lady's terrain, the Moon. To be able to control both the Sun and the Moon meant no one could dare stand against him or defy his word, no longer having to consult with Lady about decisions with the skies. One fateful evening, the Lord had decided to go ahead and try to attack, thinking she was unaware of his plans. However, the analytic Lady had already thought he might, and she was wise to do so. Fending him off for the moment, she knew her power alone couldn't keep him at bay, not forever. After all, the Sun was larger than the Moon. With this incoming threat, she sent a plea down to her subjects;
"Please listen to me my children. This world will soon be ravaged by War, and you will be fed many lies, tormented by deception and betrayal, and terror will always haunt your minds, your lives will always be at risk. Our beloved Lord, the wolf that raises the Sun every morning, and lowers it every evening, has become corrupt in his ways and desires control of the Moon, my precious domain. I fear for the possibilities that may come with his victory, so I come to you, my precious wolves that dwell upon the Earth, help me try and stop him. I would like to end things peacefully, but I am afraid, you may have to use force. I know you can do it my children, the Earth and your survival depends on it!"
The ones below heard the cry of the Lady, and shared their concerns with one another. Some wanted to help Lady, some however didn't know what to believe. Others wanted to stay out of it. As word came to the Lord's ear of her consultation with the Earth wolves, rage grew within him, and made an appeal of his own;
"My fellow wolves, do not listen to the foul words of the Lady. My intentions are nothing but the best, it is she that is jealous of my power, that you all relish within my beautiful daylight, but ignore her bitter, lonely darkness. She wants the glory, not I! Her greed has caused her to lose sight of what is important, equal power, not one rules all! She desires my death more than anything, so I come to you my beautiful wolves, to help me, help me end the avidity that rules the night!"
Now with both overtures from the Lord and Lady, anger began to brew and the lands split. Some headed to the side of the Lord, who were graced with one of the three; Fire, Earth, or Sound (Sound barriers(deflection), supersonic howls, super hearing, can only have one, not all thee)These powers are able to be combined to make stronger abilities, such as Fire and Earth combined, make Lava. Those that joined the Lady were bestowed the powers of Water, Air, or Psychic (some are able to see the future, some are Telepathic or Telekinetic, but cannot have all of them, only one). Combinations can be used here as well, such as Water and Air to make Ice. If the wolf was to decide to change sides, their abilities will be revoked, though there are rumors of wolves being killed that have betrayed the Lord. If one is to be found from switching sides, they are revered as lucky.
Yet there are those out there who remain neutral, having yet to choose a side, or just wish to live peacefully. These wolves do not have abilities, and the struggle to survive is more challenging than it appears to be.
So, who shall win? The honest, benevolent Lady, or the lying, malicious Lord?
